Solution

Zoom and Teams are missing from the Digital Experience Monitoring Dashboard in the FortiSASE Mature version, even though these applications are in use.

Upgrade the FortiSASE from the Mature version to the Feature version to fix it. See the New major features available for more information.

 

Teams and Zoom now show on the Digital Experience Monitoring dashboard of the Feature version of FortiSASE.
