Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to activate account

Description

This article describes the issue where the user gets the error 'Your end user registration request is no longer valid'.

Solution

An invitation email will be sent after the user creation or select the 'Resend Invitation Email'.

After selecting Activate, the 'Your end user registration request is no longer valid' error is shown.

 

This is because the account has been activated before. If the account has been activated, the user can proceed with login.

 

To deactivate the user, delete the user from Configuration -> Users & Groups then create a new user.
