Solution

Users may experience issues downloading files while connected to the FortiSASE VPN, with the following logs appearing in the SASE security logs.

This is because under the SSL inspection profile, there is an option to set the oversize limit.

By default, the action is set to block, and the file size limit is 10 MB.

If the file is larger than the oversize-limit, the file is blocked or passed based on the action set for 'Handling oversized files'.

Once the action is changed to allow the file download to work.
