Troubleshooting Tip: Troubleshooting application access issue via FortiSASE which fails at authorization

The issue is most commonly noticed with oracle application or URL access.
Authorization request can be verified leaving the portal however server would not respond/respond with unauthorized access.

This is mainly due to the whitelisting done on the server end. Same application would work fine while connected on local gateway.
Refer to this article to collect the HAR file and verify if connection does not proceed from authorization request.

A workaround for the issue would be to bypass the authorization request from FortiSASE using split tunnel by adding the URL under Configuration -> Endpoints -> Profiles.
