Troubleshooting Tip: Some YouTube videos are not accessible through FortiSASE

Users may complain that some YouTube videos are not accessible through FortiSASE. The error below may be seen on the user screen.


Try to do the following:

1. Check Forward Logs in FortiSASE (SIA traffic).
2. If no denied logs appear, create new policy and add a test UTM profile to it. Disable UTM profiles one-by-one. After, repeat the test after disabling each security Profile. This will help to identify which security profile is blocking the traffic.
3. In some cases, traffic may be blocked by safesearch in DNS Filter.

Disable SafeSearch in the DNS Filter if it is necessary to access those YouTube links.
