Troubleshooting Tip: Routes are advertised to FortiSASE but FortiSASE is not adding the routes to routing table

Description This article describes why some BGP routes are not added to the FortiSASE routing table.
Scope FortiSASE.
Solution

Issue: A user complains that while the Hub is advertising the '10.252.x.x/24' network correctly, it is not showing in FortiSASE.

Solution: Review the Network Restriction page in the Network Configuration. The 10.252.0.0/24 network is one of the reserved networks for FortiSASE usage and should not be advertised by the customer and will be blocked by the FortiSASE using a route map, so the route will not show in the routing table.

Go to Network -> Secure Private access. As shown below, the Network restrictions will appear on the right side of the page.
