Troubleshooting Tip: Outlook auto receive email over FortiSASE SIA

| Solution | Sometimes, the Outlook behind FortiSASE cannot receive emails even if 'Microsoft-Outlook' is the infrastructure destination in the FortiSASE policy.
The workaround is to select 'Sync' from the 'View' bar so that can manually retrieve emails. In the FortiSASE policy Destination, extra ISDB: 'Microsoft-Outbound_email', 'Microsoft_Inbound_email' need to be added.
Those two ISDBs allow pushing the emails to Outlook automatically. |
