Troubleshooting Tip: Outlook auto receive email over FortiSASE SIA

Description This article describes that Outlook can not receive email automatically and needs to add Outlook ISDB to the SIA policy.
Scope FortiSASE.
Solution

Sometimes, the Outlook behind FortiSASE cannot receive emails even if 'Microsoft-Outlook' is the infrastructure destination in the FortiSASE policy.

The workaround is to select 'Sync' from the 'View' bar so that can manually retrieve emails. In the FortiSASE policy Destination, extra ISDB: 'Microsoft-Outbound_email', 'Microsoft_Inbound_email' need to be added.

Those two ISDBs allow pushing the emails to Outlook automatically.
