This article describes how to successfully upload an image when a 'Failed to create Image' error is encountered.

Solution

Upload an image on HTML Templates and got an error 'Failed to create Image'.

System -> HTML Templates -> Images -> Create -> Upload Image -> Browse the file -> Open -> OK.

Right-click on the file and select Edit Photos.

Save options -> Save as copy -> Enter a file name -> Select Save.

Upload the new image. This time, the upload will be successful.
