Troubleshooting Tip: FortiSASE Deployment Error - cannot select Both UAE Onshore and Offshore PoPs
Description
This article describes an issue where, when deploying FortiSASE, organizations are required to select between 2 to 4 Security Points of Presence (PoPs) to host the security services. These PoPs help optimize latency and improve service redundancy. However, users may encounter a configuration error when selecting both 'Dubai – United Arab Emirates' and 'United Arab Emirates (Onshore)' as PoPs.

Solution
During the deployment process, if both 'Dubai – United Arab Emirates (DXB-F1)' and 'United Arab Emirates (Onshore) (DXB-F2)' are selected, the system throws the following error:
Only one of the two PoPs can be selected, as FortiSASE does not permit both within the same tenant.
