This article describes a technical solution to resolve issues when browsing the FortiSASE GUI with the ‘Failed to get data’ error.

From the JavaScript log, the details of the error:

Failed to get log cards. Error:  Error: Access temporarily blocked: Maximum failed authentications reached. The offended source is temporarily blocked for certain amount of time.

To resolve the issue, clear the browser cache or use an incognito/private window.
