| Solution | FortiSASE Feature version uses transparent DNS to redirect DNS to the internal DNS. When DNS Redirection is configured but not working, and deep-inspection is used.
If DNS Redirection fails, verify that DNS traffic is allowed in the firewall policy and the endpoint does have reachability to the internal DNS.
