Technical Tip: Unable to See Saudi POP While Provisioning FortiSASE Instance

This article describes the issue where the Saudi Point of Presence (PoP) does not appear in the FortiSASE portal during instance provisioning.

Solution

After purchasing a new FortiSASE instance, the next step is to provision it through the portal.

After selecting 'Start Provisioning', the Saudi PoP does not appear in the list of available locations.

To make the Saudi PoP available, select 'Public Cloud'. Once selected, the Saudi PoP will appear in the list and can be chosen to complete the provisioning process.
