Description
After upgrading your FortiSandbox device to v2.0, you may notice that there is a new field in the dashboard called Microsoft Office, and it requires a license.

This is for a new feature in v2.0 to scan Microsoft Office documents. It is not required to install this license for regular operation of the FortiSandbox, but if scanning of Office documents is required, then this license is needed.

For FortiSandbox-VM installs, when you purchase a new FSA-VM-Base SKU, or if you get the FSA-VM-Office expansion, you will get to download the Office license from the Support Portal upon registering. Go to Asset -> Manage/View Products, select the FortiSandbox-VM, then under Information->License & Key, you will see the listed Office license file.

For the appliance models such as FortiSandbox-3000D or FortiSandbox-1000E, the process is a little different.

Each model is entitled to an Office license by default but the user needs to contact the partner to request it.
