Technical Tip: Security Fabric connection between FortiGate and FortiSandBox Cloud Premium

Prerequisite:
After Deploying the FortiSandBox Cloud instance on the Support Portal.

On the FortiSandbox side:

• Go to Scan Policy and Object -> VM Settings.
• Make sure at least '1' Clone # or higher is in place.

On the FortiGate side:

• Make sure FortiGate allows traffic TCP/514 for connectivity.
• Go to Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors.
• Select FortiSandBox under Other Fortinet Products.
• Change the Status: Enabled.
• Server: fortisandboxcloud.com
• Select Test Connectivity.

Go to FortiSandBox Cloud:

• Go to Security Fabric -> Device.
• Select the refresh button.
• The FortiGate Device Name will start to appear.
• Perform the Authorized action by selecting the AUTH icon.

Go back under FortiGate:

• Select Test connection again.
• Connection Status will be showing Connected.
