Description This article explains why the error 'No clone is configured to scan ZIP' appears.
Scope FortiSandbox PAAS.
Solution
  1. Although Compressed archives file type toggle is enabled under Scan Policy and Object -> Scan Profile -> Pre-Filter.

  1. During the File submission, it is mentioned that 'zip' is supported.

  1. The Job Detail Report shows 'No clone is configured to scan ZIP'.

  1. This is because CloudVM does not support the archive file type or the custom file extension.
