| Solution | When the Microsoft Office 2021 key is imported, the error 'Invalid Key' shows up, and the VM cannot be activated.
From CLI:
vm-license -l KEY_2021 1:XXXXX-169-556-128XXXXX (Invalid Key) This error shows up in v4.4.7 and older. The reason is that Microsoft changed the Office 2021 Key Format.
Solution: Upgrade the FortiSandbox to v5.0.1 build 0080 and newer. |
