Description This article describes how to select the correct firmware image for the FortiSandbox VM models.
Scope FortiSandbox.
Solution
  1. Log in to the Fortinet support portal.
  2. Select Support, then Firmware Download.
  3. Select FortiSandbox as the product.
  4. Select the required firmware version.
  5. Refer to the list of common VM platforms along with their corresponding firmware images.
    • VMware ESXi: FSA_VM-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
    • Hyper-V: FSA_HYPERV-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
    • KVM: FSA_KVM-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
    • FortiSandbox Cloud PaaS: FSA_CLP-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
    • Google Cloud: FSA_GCP-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
    • Azure: FSA_AZURE-v500-build0141-FORTINET.out
