| Solution | When the Mail-Transfer-Agent (MTA) adapter is configured on FortiSandbox according to the below guide: MTA adapter, email servers start to relay emails to FortiSandbox for inspection and the email pending queue can be displayed on the CLI with the following command: 'diagnose-debug adapter_mta_list'.
