| Solution | Some companies have a requirement to only use a complex password for the local administrator account. If the password does not meet the complexity requirement when creating the local administrator account, it will not be possible to add the created administrator account.
As of FortiSandbox v4.4.3, a new feature has been introduced in order to meet the above requirements by using the 'Password Policy': FortiSandbox v4.4.3 Release Notes.
If using FortiSandbox below v4.4.3 and if it is necessary to have the password complexity requirement enabled, the solution is to upgrade the FortiSandbox to version v4.4.3 or above. |
