Solution
In some physical appliances, it is possible to enable FortiSandbox cloud feature under System -> Feature visibility.
In VM appliances this might not show under feature visibility, so it is required to enable this with following CLI command:
FortiSandbox type will be available, therefore select FortiSandbox Cloud and process the further configuration.
