| Solution | When FortiSandbox is configured as an HA cluster, the option to 'Allow Interaction' is missing in the On-Demand scan for the primary device.
This is by design when the FortiSandbox is running in the HA cluster, the primary FortiSandbox will not allow specifying VM, and cannot enable interaction when doing an On-Demand scan.
To do 'Allow Interaction' for the On-Demand scan in the FortiSandbox HA cluster, log to the Secondary unit and do it from there. |
