Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot an issue where the FortiRecorder AWS Video disk volume value in the GUI shows 'n/a'.

Scope FortiRecorder.
Solution

The error scenario is as follows:

  1. The dashboard shows 'n/a' for the Video disk value, and the camera recording status shows an exclamation mark.

  1. The video logical disk shows a value of '0MB' under System -> Storage -> Local Storage.

  1. All recordings under Monitor -> Video -> Video show a 'Failure, Please Refresh' message.

Solution:

 

Run the following command to fix the issue:

 

execute formatvideodisk
