Troubleshooting Tip: Import failure while adding a FortiProxy device into FortiManager

| Solution | When attempting to add a FortiProxy device to a FortiProxy ADOM on FortiManager, the FortiProxy device fails to be added to the FortiProxy ADOM.
Checking the Import Report reveals the following message about the failure:
"system external-resource",FAIL,"(name=Deny_Domain-List, oid=2473, reason=invalid value. object: sys_external_resource. detail: Can not copy password attribute password from private key encrypted device)"
To resolve this Add Device issue, run the following commands on the FortiProxy device:
config system global set private-data-encryption disable end |
