| Solution | Importing a CA certificate into FortiPortal under System -> Settings -> Certificates -> Import may fail with the following error:
'Save CA certificate error. (1048, 'Column issuer cannot be null')'
This error occurs due to an invalid certificate, such as a self-signed certificate. FortiPortal does not support self-signed certificates and only accepts those signed by a trusted Certificate Authority (CA). |
