Technical Tip: Report availability after FortiGate removal from site on FortiPortal

| Solution | If a FortiGate device is removed from a site under Organizations in FortiPortal, all corresponding historical reports for that FortiGate will also be removed from FortiPortal.
For example, reports showing before the device was removed from the site:
After the device has been removed from the site:
This is expected behavior. Once the FortiGate is removed, FortiPortal can no longer fetch reports for it, even though those reports still exist in FortiAnalyzer.
If the FortiGate device is later added back to the site, FortiPortal will once again be able to fetch all reports associated with that device. |
