Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot issues when importing users in FortiPhish recipients using the CSV file.

Scope

FortiPhish.

Solution

When importing users using the CSV file by following the provided CSV template, it shows error as per below.

This error occurs due to the email address for the user is same as the manager. By right in organization the details for user email and the manager should be different. To solve the issue, remove the manager's email or change the manager email to use an email other than the user in the CSV file.

The Success message will be shown after the users have successfully imported from the CSV file.
