| Solution | In the campaign report or viewing campaign statistics, the submitted stats mean the number of recipients who entered information on the landing page.
When opening the sample test phishing email, the email does not show any field to enter information.
Selecting the link will redirect to the FortiPhish page as per below.
When selecting the URL in the phishing email and showing as above, it means the phishing campaign has been completed. If the phishing campaign was completed, it could not open the landing page when selecting the link inside the phishing email. To check if there is a landing page to enter the information from the completed campaign, view the Campaign Summary, and find the Campaign Landing Title. If there is a Campaign Landing Title, it means the phishing email has the landing page for the recipient to enter the information.
