Troubleshooting Tip: FortiPAM cannot add more than 31 secrets as favorite

Description

This article provides details on a known issue in FortiPAM where the user cannot add a 32nd secret as a favorite.

Solution

The user cannot see the 32nd secret added as a favorite in the GUI. Only 31 secrets can be added as favorites and the 32nd does not show in the list, despite how adding it to the list was successful under FortiPAM -> Secrets -> Secrets -> Select the secret -> Select Favorite.

No error is thrown - the 32nd secret just does not appear in the favorite list.

In the CLI or the configuration file, the 32nd secret appears. However, it does not show up in the GUI.
