This article describes the visibility of the approver's comments in FortiPAM GUI, depending on the users' role.

Solution

The requester should have at least a 'standard user' role to see the approver's comments in the GUI, under Secrets -> My Requests -> View Approver Comments.

If the requester only has a 'guest' role, it will not be possible to see the approver's comment:
