Technical Tip: Resolving GUI warning 'HA is out of sync' when HA status is OK
Description
This article describes how to resolve the GUI error 'HA is out of sync'.
Scope
FortiPAM.
Solution
In some cases, the FortiPAM GUI may show an 'HA is out of sync' warning even though the HA status and checksum status show 'OK' in the CLI. For example:

This issue is typically caused by outdated or cached browser data rather than an actual HA synchronization problem.
To resolve the error:
- Verify HA status and checksum from the CLI: both should show as in sync.
To verify HA status:
FPAVULTM2300$ get system ha status
HA Health Status: OK
To verify checksum status:
diagnose sys ha checksum cluster

- Log out of the FortiPAM GUI.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies.
- Close and reopen the browser.
- Log in into the FortiPAM GUI.
- The HA out-of-sync warning 'HA is out of sync' should now be cleared.
This behavior is cosmetic and does not affect HA functionality.
