Solution |  Login to FortiPAM, then select Log and Report -> Reports. Select General.
Select the checkbox for one of the reports, and then select View.
 A new window opens, displaying the report. This window enables downloading the report in PDF format.
The default layout can be modified or create a new one.
Select Layout & Schedule, and then select Create.
Select Reports. Select Generate Reports, and then in the Layout field, select NewLayoutReport. Select OK.
Note: The report layout can be configured by applying the needed parameters (Summary, Top Success or Top Failure), as shown below.
