Attachment Datamata Fortimail

Hello, I'm trying to understand how the metadata analyzer works in the fortimail.

I enable the Data Loss Prevention, and create some rules, one of them is to detects some parts of the metadata of an attachment (detects the company in the metadata of a Word). I think it's impossible, but if someone could help me to understand how fortimail works with those documents, I will thanks him a lot.
