Troubleshooting Tip: Hardware Migration does not complete on appliances with two ports

| Scope | 2 ports FortiNAC FNC-CA-600C Gen2 hardware appliances. |
| Solution | An older generation of FortiNAC server model FNC-CA-600C shipped with only two Ethernet ports. It has been found that the tool used to perform the hardware migration is unable to configure the port 1 interface on these servers.
**Do not attempt to perform the migration on these servers at this time**
To determine the number of Ethernet ports, log in to the CLI as root and type:
