Description

This article describes how to stop receiving the 'Operating System Update Status Failure' alarm if that happens after migrating from FortiNAC(CentOS) to FortiNAC-F(FortiNAC-OS).

Scope

FortiNAC-F.

Solution

Suppose a user migrates from CentOS to FortiNAC-OS and receives an 'Operating System Update Status Failure' alarm. It is required that it be removed from the schedule as it will no longer be needed:

  • Go to Logs -> Events and Alarms -> Mappings, select the 'Operating System Status Check Failure' event, 'right-click' and disable it.
