| Solution | To use the CLI CloudAPITool to integrate FortiNAC with Mist Cloud API Service Connector when it the poll is not pulling in any data, log into the CLI of FortiNAC as an administrative user.
Run the following command to enter the shell:
execute enter-shell
Use the CloudAPITool to complete the integration:
CloudAPITool -domain api.eu.mist.com -action discovery -port 443 -apikey <api-token> -site <site-id>
