Technical Tip: Authenticate FortiNAC Manager Administrators using FortiAuthenticator as RADIUS server

Description

This article describes how to configure FortiNAC Manager to use RADIUS authentication for authenticating administrators logging onto the FortiNAC via Admin UI.

Scope

 FortiNAC Manager.

Solution

1. Configure the RADIUS Proxy server by following the RADIUS Admin Guide.
   
   

2. Configure User ID:
    

3. User exists locally on the Remote RADIUS server, which in this case is FortiAuthenticator.
   
   

Testing:

Login to FortiNAC Manager UI with the user.
This will initially display the user license agreement.
Accept it and select OK.
