Troubleshooting Tip: Wired Access Switch not displaying Running-Config in topology

This article describes how to solve an issue with a Wired Access Switch which is not displaying Running-Config in Topology.

Solution
Issue: When right-clicking on the Running Configuration option in Topology for a switch's Model Configuration, the window displaying the configuration does not appear. Note this option is only available for some devices.

- Confirm Credentials are correct in the Model Configuration (if a password is not necessary, do not add on to the model).
- Increase the SSH Timeout setting to 60 seconds.
- Navigate to System -> Settings -> Network Device.
- Edit the field Telnet/SSH Connection Timeout (Sec):
