This article describes how to resolve a scenario where the user is unable to generate a Network Sentry Admin Certificate via CLI


Scope

 

FortiNAC version 7.0 and earlier.

 

Solution

 
Upgrade to the 7.2 Release, which is now available via the GUI. This is the suggested method of creating the request and installing the Cert.

Instructions on generating and installing SSL certificates can be downloaded from the customer portal.

Select the Content tab and search for SSL Certificates How To.
