Description

This article discusses errors observed when accessing the Administration UI with an expired license.

 

The following messages may be displayed:

"Secure Connection Failed"
"HTTP failure response"
"You do not have permission to access this page"

Scope Version: 8.x, 9.x
Solution

Review the License Information Dashboard panel in the UI for the expiration date.

 

Alternatively, access the appliance CLI and review /bsc/logs/output.master for messages indicating the license has expired.

 

If expired, contact Sales to renew.
