This article describes a situation where not all information is displayed in the Modify window after upgrading to 7.0.4
Scope
FortiNAC.
Solution
After upgrading to 7.0.4.70, the following symptoms are present when accessing the Modify field on a network device in Topology:
- SNMP String field is blank
- An error message pops up:
Failure in ajaxGetDeviceData - ReferenceError:colCombocliProto is not defined
Note: This is only a display issue in the Administrative UI. The community string is still present in the database.
To resolve this issue, upgrade to Network Sentry version 7.2 or higher.
