Troubleshooting Tip: L2/L3 Polling not working with FortiOS 7.0
Description
This article serves as a notice about a known issue where users are unable to perform an L2 or L3 poll against FortiGate running version 7.0 due to API changes.

All FortiOS versions.
Solution
This issue is addressed in versions 8.8.8 and 9.1.2.
Try the following command as a workaround to update L2 polling on the FortiNAC CLI:
updateversion -ip <fortigateip>
