Solution
Issue: When attempting to perform a search in the Administrative UI that can produce a large number of results (like searching using a wildcard), the UI shuts down. This can occur if the Tomcat-Admin process is running out of memory.
Solution: Ensure at least the minimum amount of memory is installed on the Control Server. For Virtual Machines, see Network Sentry VMware Virtual Machine Installation Guide or Network Sentry Hyper-V Virtual Machine Installation Guide for minimum memory requirements.
If symptoms persist, contact Support as additional memory may need to be allocated for the Tomcat-Admin process.
