The appliance does not find any ARP entries when performing a Layer 3 Poll of a FortiGate with VDOMs enabled.
Global calls are used to retrieve ARP entries from the FortiGate, however, ARP entries are stored under the individual VDOMs. Consequently, the global calls do not return entries when VDOMs are enabled.
The result is adapter records do not have IP address information.
