This article describes the possibility of registering Hosts in bulk.

Solution
Hosts, Adapters, Users or Devices can be imported through the Hosts View using a .csv file. Currently, there is no way to bulk register hosts via API.

Mobile Device Management solutions: If devices to be imported are managed by a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, it may be possible to integrate with the MDM. This would automatically import the managed devices. Refer to the Reference Manuals section of the Fortinet Document Library for a collection of supported MDM integration guides.
