Technical Tip : McAfee LiveSafe not detected
Description
McAfee LiveSafe 16 is not detected by FortiNAC as Anti-Virus definition in the endpoint compliance scans.
Solution
Crosscheck first the System update settings.

Support for McAfee LiveSafe 16 was added with Auto-Definition Updates in 2016.
To verify the settings and connectivity:
1) Re-run 'Auto-Definition Updates'.
2) Check on the endpoint compliance scans the available definitions again
3) Check the McAfee 16 Products box in AV list.
