Technical Tip: LDAP user account does not display in directory preview
Description
This article describes an issue where a specific LDAP user account does not show up in Directory Preview in the Administrative UI. The account has been created in the directory and in the expected branch.

Solution
Ensure that the account has a value populated in the Last Name field. This is a required field for the LDAP integration to ensure unique user accounts.
