This article discusses Issues with Scanning and High Memory Usage.


Scope


FortiNAC, Network Sentry versions 8.0.3 and lower.


Solution

 

Version:  Network Sentry versions 8.0.3 and lower

Issue:  Unable to scan, high memory usage reported in Administrative UI.

Workaround:
  Restart Network Sentry.

Solution:
  For optimal Agent performance it is recommended to upgrade to v8.0.4 or later and the 4.x agent.
