Technical Tip: IP phone integration restrictions with Brocade 6400 series ICX switches
Description
This article describes how to configure a tagged Voice VLAN and an untagged data VLAN on the same port when attempting to set up IP Phone integration on a Brocade 6400 series ICX switch.
Scope
FortiNAC, Brocade 6400 series ICX switches.
Solution
As per Brocade support 6400 series ICX switches do not support both untagged and tagged VLANs on the same port.
Workaround:
Configure separate access ports for the device that connects through the IP phone.
