Technical Tip: How to download latest Agent Package on FortiNAC

This article describes how to download the latest Agent Packages section.
Scope
FortiNAC.
Solution
- In the Administration UI, navigate to System-> Settings-> Updates-> System. The update repository should be configured as "fnac-updates.fortinet.net" as shown below.
The Agent Distribution Directory field contains the sub-directory for the product software files. The sub-directory will vary depending on the agent version. The above example shows us for Agent version 9. When it is needed, it can be configured "Agent_5" (Old Persistent Agent Versions) or 'Agent_10' (Persistent Agent versions for MACOS).
- Navigate to System -> Settings -> Updates -> Agent Packages, then scroll down and select Download.
- A new Download Agent window will pop up. Select Download to download the desired Agent Package.
- Edit the Agent Distribution Directory field with the appropriate sub-directory path. Refer to the System Update Settings section of the latest Agent Release Notes in the Fortinet Document Library.
