LDAP server is already prepared in this scenario.
Follow these steps.
1) Login to the FortiNAC from GUI go to System -> Settings -> Authentication LDAP and select 'Add'.
2) Insert 'Name', 'Primary IP' (LDAP server IP), 'LDAP Login (username)' and 'LDAP Password'.
Validate Credentials after that.
'Credentials Verified' will appear if the credential is correct.
3) Test to poll of the user account information in Preview -> Search.
